Three different leagues have used the name of the Kansas State League. All three leagues were based in the state of Kansas in the early 20th Century. For the most part the three leagues had different member cities, with the exception of Great Bend, KS and Hutchinson, KS which appeared in all three leagues. The first league was established in 1905 as a class D league and existed for two years.
