What are the quality of your shirts? All of our garments are screen-printed using only the highest quality inks and screens. No heat-transfers. The garments have been carefully chosen. They are of the highest quality from brand names like Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Anvil, Champion, and Lee. No irregulars or seconds. All garments are 100% cotton except for items offered in the color oxford. Oxford garments are a 90/10 cotton/poly blend.

When will I receive my order?Most orders ship within 72 hours. However, some orders may take up to 5-10 business days to ship depending on item availability.
What is your returns/exchange policy?We want you to love your garment from Throwbackmax.com. If there is a problem with your garment we will gladly exchange it with no additional shipping charges.
If for any reason you are not happy with your item you may return it for a 100% refund minus shipping charges.
If you wish to exchange your unwashed garment for a different size we will accommodate you. Any shipping charges for size exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer. To receive additional instructions or information on how to return or exchange a garment, please e-mail us at returns@throwbackmax.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed by Sunshine Products. In addition, we gladly accept PayPal.

All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
How does Throwbackmax.com use my personal information?You have our promise that any personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by Throwback.com. It is the policy of Throwbackmax.com not to share any personal customer information with any third party. Any financial information that is collected is used only to bill customers for shipped orders.
Do you ship overseas?We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Do you ship to a post office box?Yes, we exclusively use USPS Priority Mail, we can ship orders to post office boxes.
Can I ship to a different location?To ship to another address, please enter your address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field.
What if my order arrives damaged?If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department at returns@throwbackmax.com immediately for further instructions. We will ship an identical garment to you at no additional charge. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been submitted?If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment please e-mail us at returns@throwbackmax.com. We will cancel your order immediately and refund your payment. If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has been shipped the customer would be responsible for any additional shipping charges. In this case a customer will be refunded the amount of the payment minus shipping charges once the item is returned.Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes. If you wish to make a change to an existing order please e-mail us at info@throwbackmax.com and we will do our best to modify your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card?According to experts, if a vendor takes standard security precautions, transferring private information over the Internet is actually safer than handing your credit card to a waiter or checkout clerk. Throwbackmax.com has partnered with VeriSign to process every online order made through our web site. VeriSign encrypts the information you enter before it is sent over the Internet. This prevents outsiders from gaining access to your personal data or credit card information.
Do you charge sales tax?Throwbackmax.com is based in Spokane, WA. By law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Washington. All other states are exempt.
