Q: What are the washing care instructions?
A: Turn garment inside out, machine wash cold, tumble dry on low.
Q: Is your apparel pre-shrunk?
A: All of our items are pre-shrunk and stay true to size after multiple washing and dryings.
Q: Does your apparel run true to size?
A: Yes, our apparel fits true-to-size and does not shrink. However, our apparel has a slightly fitted cut, so if you're not 100% sure, we recommend sizing up.
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: You should expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Due to relocation and delays within the supply chain, some orders may be delayed. We print most of our orders on demand. Once it is printed, it will be sent out either USPS Priority or USPS First Class.

A: Tracking info will be sent to your email once we print out the label and packing slip.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We will ship out your order USPS International First Class at a flat rate.
Q: How long is the return-exchange window?
A: We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days after your order was delivered.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: You can only cancel an order if it has yet to ship. If this is the case, grab your item number and email us at info@throwbackmax.com.
